'Every part of the opening was designed to set the tone and get the audience in the mood for some old-school horror... The Invocation moves you unlike other shows and it felt entirely natural'

The play begins with a ceremony of creation that the audience is invited to take part in. Once the theme of the evening is set, a timer starts the play and its countdown towards zero, the denouement and horrifically shocking ending coming when the clock runs out.
Our work is inspired from classic horror film and television, so our plays can be set in the modern world, a deeply gothic past that never really existed or anywhere in between. Props and costume are kept to a minimum with any blood or gore simulated with mime and stagecraft and atmosphere created via live triggered sound effects both digital and live created by the performers.
